Dr. Alexandra Adler

Alexandra Adler is the founder of Meraki Pilates and Physical Therapy. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is board certified in orthopedic Physical Therapy and is a certified Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Pilates. She is from Dallas, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Miami. She has additional training in manual therapy and Pilates with special interest in treating the spine and lower extremity pathologies. Alexandra is passionate about whole body wellness, providing high quality care, and helping patients return to an active lifestyle.

Dr. Patrick Cook

Patrick Cook is a physical therapist with over a decade of experience helping people move and feel better. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical School, where he was selected for a competitive orthopedic residency at his alma mater, working alongside orthopedic surgeons and specialists in pain management

and sports medicine.

Patrick is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic

Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT), one of the highest levels of distinction in the field. He is also certified in

trigger point dry needling and myofascial decompression.

Beyond the clinic, Patrick teaches the next generation of physical therapists as adjunct faculty at Texas Woman’s

University and leads continuing education courses for practicing PTs through the North American Institute of

Manual Physical Therapy (NAIOMT), and mentors orthopedic residents and fellows-in-training across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

In May 2026, Patrick became a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates, blending his orthopedic and manual therapy expertise with the precision and control-based movement principles of Pilates. He’s passionate about helping clients build strength, restore mobility, and move confidently — for the long term, not just through recovery.

Dr. Christian Steincamp

Christian is a  Doctor of Physical Therapy with six years of experience. She is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and achieve their personal goals. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman's University and has experienced treating a wide range of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. She is also certified Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Pilates. Christian's approach to care focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based treatment while building meaningful relationships with each patient to support their recovery journey.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
